Mynt, a Swedish company that offers a premium corporate credit card solution with built-in expense management and accounting automation, was looking to expand its reach across Central and Eastern Europe (CEE). The goal was to connect with potential partners and clients, particularly accounting software and ERP vendors. However, without an established presence in these markets, Mynt needed a partner to identify prospects, make initial contact, and set up meetings.

- Identifying prospects: We started by identifying potential partners in the CEE market, focusing on accounting software providers and ERP vendors. Our research was designed to find companies that aligned well with Mynt’s solutions, ensuring a higher chance of productive engagements.
- Prospect approval: Once we had a list of potential prospects, we shared it with Mynt for review. This collaborative step allowed Mynt to provide input and prioritize leads that best fit their strategic goals, ensuring the outreach was as effective as possible.
- Find key contacts: Next, we used our network, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other tools to identify key decision-makers within the approved companies. This step was crucial to ensure our outreach efforts were directed at the right individuals who could make or influence purchasing decisions.
- Reaching out to prospects: We contacted prospects, introducing Mynt’s solutions and qualifying leads based on their interest and potential. Whenever possible, we leveraged existing networks to make warm introductions.
- Scheduling meetings: Our ultimate goal was to schedule meetings between qualified prospects and Mynt’s sales team. Once a prospect showed interest, we arranged a time for a detailed discussion with Mynt, handing over the lead and ensuring a seamless transition for further engagement.
